Commissioning

Commissioning is one of the most important stages in plant construction. A plant can only be operated reliably once all its components are working together reliably. The GESA Automation GmbH provides you with experienced engineers and technicians to ensure the professional commissioning of your industrial plants – from the initial functional test right through to the successful start of production.

Our commissioning specialists take care of all EMSR technical services, which are required to ensure the plant is started up safely. These include Loop checks, Rotation direction tests, the Configuration of frequency converters, Transducers and Field equipment as well as comprehensive Functional, safety and system tests. By following a structured approach, we ensure that all components work together optimally, meet the required system parameters and that the plant can be commissioned safely.

As well as providing standard initial commissioning, we also support our customers with the phased commissioning of complex automation systems, PLCs, Process control systems and HMI and SCADA systems. Thanks to the close collaboration between our specialists in hardware engineering, software engineering and field-based I&C technicians, we are able to identify potential faults at an early stage, shorten commissioning times and minimise unplanned downtime.
