The GESA Automation GmbH designs and manufactures bespoke Switch and control cabinets for the energy supply sector, infrastructure and the process and manufacturing industries. From the planning stage right through to the finished switchgear, we provide you with bespoke solutions that meet the highest quality and safety standards.

Our control cabinet manufacturing is specialising in Low-voltage switchgear up to 1,000 V and 5,500 A specialises in. The range of services extends from Control boxes, Instrumentation cabinets, Data cabinets about Power distribution systems right through to complex control and switchgear systems for demanding automation projects. We manufacture everything from one-off items and prototypes to small batches and bespoke solutions.

Depending on requirements, we manufacture control cabinets in a traditional solid construction on a mounting plate or in a modern frame construction with LÜTZE wiring system. By utilising high-performance CNC technology in mechanical machining and wiring, we ensure precise manufacturing, consistently high quality and short lead times.

In addition to traditional control cabinet construction, we also manufacture custom-machined enclosure systems, specialised enclosures and cable harnesses for a wide range of industrial applications. Thanks to our flexible processes, we are able to meet customer-specific requirements cost-effectively and on schedule.

A particular advantage for companies operating internationally is our Certification to UL 508A. This entitles us to manufacture industrial control panels in accordance with the applicable UL standards for the North American market and to affix the official UL marks to them. Our customers benefit from designs that comply with standards, simplified project management and the smooth export of their machinery and plant.

Quality is at the heart of every project. All switchgear and control systems are manufactured, tested and documented in accordance with the applicable standards and guidelines. The work is carried out taking into account the EC Low Voltage Directive, the DGUV Regulation 3 as well as other relevant national and international standards.
