Well-thought-out plant design forms the basis for high-performance and reliable automation solutions. The GESA Automation GmbH develops bespoke hardware concepts for Switchgear, Control systems and EMSR systems across a wide range of industrial sectors. In doing so, we combine technical precision with cost-effective planning, thereby laying the foundations for efficient manufacturing, assembly and commissioning.

For hardware engineering and control cabinet design, we rely on market-leading CAE systems EPLAN® and ELCAD®. This results in project documentation that complies with standards and is well-structured, ensuring a high standard of implementation and maximum transparency throughout the entire course of the project.

Our range of services covers the complete design of switchgear and automation systems – from Circuit diagrams, Terminal diagrams and Assembly drawings about Parts lists right through to comprehensive technical documentation. In doing so, we naturally also take into account the requirements for Explosion protection (Ex) as well as the Functional Safety and develop solutions that comply with standards for safety-critical applications.

The switchgear we have developed can also be installed in our own UL-certified control cabinet manufacturing are manufactured.
